Shojin on LA Times

We are pleased that Los Angeles Times article "Macrobiotic restaurants sprout across Los Angeles"(April 22) introduced Shojin as a macrobiotic restaurant.

The other article "L.A.'s new macrobiotic scene" talked about more macrobiotic as "a diet that its adherents say promotes well-being and longevity," and mentioned Kushi Institute where Chef Kimiko gained Macrobiotic certificate.

We hope the article enhances the awareness of healthy diet in our community. We thank LA times for the great article.

It's Christmas time! We like to celebrate and share the happy season with you, we will open 7 days a week, including Monday, from December 1, 2008.

On September 10, 2008 we will debut our original Vegan Sushi menu.
This will be available every Wednesday evening.

We've developed the sushi menu using only the healthiest ingredients: A variety of organic vegetables and brown rice Osawa soy source imported directly from Japan.
