Reservation Policy

Thank you for choosing Shojin for your upcoming event. We look forward to making your special occasion an unforgettable event.

Reservations

- If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- We will not be able to seat your party until everyone is present.
- Reservations will be held for 15 minutes after the initial reservation time. We regret that we cannot hold tables for late arrivals.
- While we will make every effort possible to accommodate you, we cannot ensure that we will be able to accommodate changes to the number of people in your party.
- We do appreciate your call if you are running late, or if there is any change in your reservation.

Payment

- We accept Visa, MasterCard and cash. We do not accept presonal checks.
- When paying by credit card, we request that you present your credit card in order to complete payment.
- We will gladly accommodate split checks, up to 3 checks per table.

Corkage and Cake Service Fee

- Our wine selection has been carefully chosen to best complement our food. If you prefer to bring your own wine, there is a corkage fee of $15 per bottle.
- If you plan to bring outside desserts, a cake service fee of $2 per person will be added.
- Please note that we allow customers to bring only vegan food in to Shojin. This is in order to avoid cross-contamination for other customers. Thank you for understanding.

Large Groups (parties of 6 or more)

- For any and all advanced reservations of 6 or more, if less than the original headcount attends, a gratuity of 20% will be added.
- For parties of 6 or more, there is a minimum food and drink guarantee of $25 per person (not including tax and tip).
- For your convenience, we can pre-arrange a fixed menu for your guests, or you can select dishes from our menu on the day of your event. Please note that, for large groups, it will take longer than usual to prepare your dishes.
