CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior for a full refund.

Refunds are NOT available after that under any circumstances.

The checkout page actually looks confusing. Our apologies. If you would like to change the delivery date and time, please enter your name, email address, and phone number first, click "NEXT", then you can modify them.


*IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT IN-HOUSE DELIVERY SERVICE

We do in-house delivery instead of working with third-party delivery companies.

Because of that, we ask all patrons to give us a 2-hour delivery time frame as delivery time changes depending on traffic, weather, and other conditions.

We will contact you once we receive your delivery order to let you know an estimated delivery time or time frame.
